“Keep watch!” (Matthew 24:42.)
The Bible speaks of the “last days” and the tone is ominous. But some “last days” in life are anticipated joyfully – the last day of exams, or the last day in the hospital before returning home, healed.
Today is a “last day” for those of us who follow the Gregorian Calendar. We celebrate with food, friends, lots of noise and plenty of activities. May your Tuesday be blessed, and your 2014 bring you faith and peace.
